The place is well maintained and kept clean. Very elegant. Staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful,specially Waseem. The decor lady Hanan is very professional and did an amazing job.

This is the only place in town for weddings and other events. Decor is acceptable. Food is delicious depending on where you cater from. Service is very friendly. Neat restrooms.

I have many fond memories here at Crystal, thanks to Mr. Shabbir and Mr. Wasseem. They helped explain everything to us and guided us every step of the way, and made our event planning process completely stress-free. My husband and I have had my Nikkah, Shadi, and Valima here, and have attended many loved ones' occasions here as well. Crystal Banquet has a timeless charm and as it is all service, there is no need to worry about finding a caterer or decorator separately. If there is something you need, Crystal Banquet and its wonderful staff work with you to achieve your vision. I am forever grateful for the memories Mr. Shabbir Uncle and Mr. Wasseem, and all of Crystal Banquet's staff have helped me create.

Went to a wedding here so I can't say anything about dealing with management or booking the venue however from what I saw of the banquet hall it was a beautiful, elegant and clean space. The servers were polite and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely look into this for a potential venue for weddings.

We had an excellent experience with my sons birthday party. The food was delicious, staff was incredibly accommodating and the event went so smoothly. I had nothing to worry about as Crystal did everything I requested and delivered better than expected. I highly recommend using them for your next event…. The quality of service and food is unbeatable.

Hosted my son’s reception in Diamond Hall. It was an amazing experience. We literally walked in as guests and everything was taken care of, from decorations to food and the prompt service from the staff. Waseem Bhai is well versed and guided us through the entire process. Thank you Waseem Bhai and the team for making this event successful.

Did one of my wedding events here recently and I was impressed with the quality of service. Had an unpleasant experience previously but I understand it happens sometimes. So I gave them a chance again and they did a wonderful job starting from decor, service, food etc. I highly recommend meeting Abdullah if you go there.

This location frequently has had parties and has had a marriage where I, from the outside location or position, perceived the bride enter into the facility. The location is frequently loud and noisy with vibrating-percussionist drum music or non-instrumental: and vocal; music commonly or usually playing. This music could be heard about the absolute and complete indoor along with the outdoor area that comprises; makes up; the complete Village-Creek Plaza area.
